Unique Dining at Brazilian Steakhouses Around Carol Stream

Dinner party at one of the best Brazilian Steakhouses in town

Are you looking to enjoy a unique dining experience? Then head to one of these Brazilian steakhouses where you are sure to have an evening to remember:

Texas de Brazil

At Texas de Brazil, the churrasco cooking is served with the generous hospitality and spirit of Texas. The restaurant began with a dream in Porto Alegre, Brazil. One of the owners had visions to bring the churrasco culture to the United States where everyone could enjoy succulent meats and seasonal salads.

The chefs slow-roast the meats over an open flame, and they’re carved at each table in a show of skill and festive offering. When diners are ready to eat, they flip their card to green. When they want a break, they turn it to red. The selection includes herb-marinated pork loin, braised beef ribs, and bacon-wrapped filet mignon. For dessert, try the bananas foster pie.

Fogo de Chao

Known as a meat lover’s paradise, Fogo de Chao brings a taste of Brazil to one of Chicago’s most well-known suburbs. The founders were raised on a southern Brazilian farm where they learned to cook in the churrasco grilling tradition. They opened their first restaurant in Porto Alegre, and it quickly became a hot spot among celebrities and politicians.

Fogo de Chao came to the United States in 1997, and it’s where many celebrate special occasions. Diners in Naperville find an elegant setting featuring unique lighting fixtures, dark wood accents, and tables covered with white cloths. Offerings include chicken, bottom sirloin, and spicy pork sausage. They pair well with sides such as caramelized bananas and garlic mashed potatoes.
